COVID Visitation Update

At Essential Healthcare, we strive to ensure the safety of our residents, staff, and visitors as we continue the fight against COVID-19.  In compliance with Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 14F, effective January 22, 2022 when visiting your loved one we will be requiring you to:

  • Show written or electronic proof that you are fully-vaccinated (2 weeks after your second Pfizer or Moderna shot or 2 weeks after your Johnson & Johnson shot) and boosted, if eligible (5 months after your second Pfizer or Moderna shot or 2 months after your Johnson & Johnson shot), or if you are not vaccinated,
  • Show written or electronic proof of a negative rapid antigen test completed within the last 48 hours, or a PCR test completed within the last 72 hours, or
  • Take a rapid antigen test provided at the facility with a negative result.
  • Continue answering screening questions at the entrance to the facility, have your temperature checked, and acknowledge the risks of visitation during COVID outbreaks.

As always, we ask you to not visit if you are having any signs/symptoms of COVID.  We continue to offer alternative methods of visitation (video visits, etc.) if you are not comfortable with in-person visits at this time.  Please contact us for further details.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together during this challenging time.
